I’m Anthony Salvi- a business leader, operator, and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience helping organizations grow, improve performance, and operate more effectively. I work with business owners and leadership teams to bring clarity to strategy, strengthen execution, and build systems that drive real, sustainable results.
My background spans sales leadership, operations, and team development. I’ve led from the front lines to the executive level and have sat at the ownership table, which allows me to approach challenges with a practical, well-rounded perspective. My focus is always on what works- clear priorities, accountability, and alignment across people, process, and performance.

Beyond business
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to my lovely wife, Lisa, and a father of twins, Andrew and Emma. Family is central to who I am and how I lead. I love the outdoors, staying active, and giving back to the community. Volunteering- especially through youth sports and local organizations- is a meaningful part of my life and reinforces my belief in service, teamwork, and accountability.
